Once, Shira was Dr. Neero's beautiful and faithful lab assistant, as well as a woman who loved him. A Dr. in her own right, she saw through his plans and tried to stop him. They had a fight, and her body was destroyed. Dr. Neero saved her life by turning her into a cyborg. In the process, he wiped her memory and gave her a new personality - that of an assassin. During their stay in America, Shira was a constant threat and annoyance to the main characters, as she was bent on her mission: find out about the Eldarins and then kidnap Asami, destroying anything which got in her way.

After being destroyed by K and Omega, and finally being left to decay by Neero, she is rebuilt by Asami, who gives her back her old memories, and her lost daughter - Mizuumi.
