Andrew’s sister and Mountain Librarian, Anala is in charge of keeping the secrets of the Mountain People. She is a magician of considerable skill, having read so many of the books about runes that are kept in the Mountain Kingdom. For the most part, she is a very gentile and agreeable person, but she is very protective of her brother. When the strangers arrived in the Mountains, King Cyrrus instructed Anala to take care of them, which she did happily until she discovered Sora’s liking for Andrew. Things became more complicated when Hassai attempted to use Misao to get to the power point under the castle, but Anala and the others were able to stop Misao before she could reach her goal.
After the Mountain Kingdom was attacked, Anala remained in the villages to watch over things along with King Cyrrus.
